Conservatory roofs collect moss, algae and tree debris far faster than the glass below them, and because you rarely see the top of the roof it is easy to forget until the light coming through starts to look green.
We clean the roof panels with a soft brush and pure water, clear out the box gutters that run along the sides, and wash down the finials, ridge caps and any UPVC cladding. The side glass and frames are done at the same time.
Why it matters
Blocked box gutters are the most common cause of leaks into a conservatory. Clearing them once or twice a year is far cheaper than tracing a leak after the ceiling has stained.
Most customers have the roof done once or twice a year and keep the side glass on their normal window round.
